Qualifications
3 years experience working in heavy civil and/or industrial construction with in-depth knowledge of processes, materials, and equipment.
Must be currently living in the Greater St. Louis area.
The ideal candidate has experience in a leadership role.
Job Responsibilities
Oversee and manage day-to-day on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budget.
Enforce safety and quality control procedures.
Collaborate and build relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
Keep all parties updated on project progress and concerns.
Resolve any on-site issues promptly, making decisions that align with project objectives and company policies.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and any relevant documentation.
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues, manage quality control, and ensure work is progressing as planned.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports and change orders.
Manage the on-site company workforce to ensure proper training, compliance with company policies and procedures, and give ongoing performance feedback.
Compensation The starting compensation range is $90,000 to $130,000. Starting pay is commensurate with experience.
