IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical, is seeking a full-time commercial Electrical Foreman in Richmond, Virginia.
Job Summary
Supervises and coordinates activities of assigned craft workers, plans labor requirements. Interprets specifications, blueprints, and job orders as needed for the area of supervision. Confirms completion and documentation of project safety activities, reporting daily, weekly, and monthly. Inspects the quality and quantity of finished work to ensure conformance to specifications. Interprets company policies to workers, enforcing safety regulations and proper care for tools and equipment. Analyzes and resolves work problems. Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures. Travel may be required. Qualifications
Minimum 6-10 years of recent commercial electrician experience or related experience. State Electrical License strongly preferred. OSHA 30 certification or ability to obtain it. Successfully pass pre-employment (post-offer) background check and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles. Company Overview
