to join our

Security and Electronic Systems (SES)

business Unit. As part of

(SES)

Strategic Business Unit you will be part of a team that designs, engineers, integrates, operates and maintains electronic security services inclusive of intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio visual, IT systems, perimeter defense and command and control systems for federal, local and commercial customers across high-growth markets. Responsibilities

In this role you will be responsible for installing and maintaining electronic security systems. Performing preventive maintenance requirements. Performing inspections, evaluations, and inventory. Leading teams on large complex installation projects with limited supervision. Leading and documenting daily toolbox talks, ORMs and Safety Audits. Installing and maintaining equipment at both the local and global level per design packages. Programming and installation of head end equipment for Access Control, Intrusion Detection and CCTV systems. Troubleshooting and isolating both systems and/or hardware at both a local and global level. Leading on-site software commissioning and testing. Lead inspections, evaluations, and inventory; performing take-off project drawings; creating documentation and tracking RFIs. Design assist and feedback; documenting daily reports and project progress. Communicating project and team member issues/concerns to management. Creating and managing project schedules; integration of IDS, ACS and CCTV systems. Forecasting and managing project labor hours; communicating effectively with supervisors and subordinates. Guiding and mentoring technicians. Travel requirement: 75%. Qualifications

Clearance/Citizen Type : Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and may meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; no clearance is needed. Key Requirements

Requires a valid driver's license; the position may require ongoing or intermittent use of a company vehicle. Selected candidates must possess an acceptable driving record in accordance to policy. Education

HS diploma or GED; Military Electronics Training (minimum 720 classroom hours) or Graduation from an accredited Electronics Technician program or Graduation from an Electrical Apprenticeship program An additional three (3) years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities Required Progressive Experience

8+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities on multiple systems and with multiple customer programs 3 years of the above experience must be focused in electronic security systems Strong oral, written and presentation skills Experience working with multidisciplinary teams Time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills a plus Must be able to travel 50% (note: travel requirement may vary by role). Desired / Advantageous Qualifications

Vendor certifications in multiple IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems (CCURE, Lenel, Identiv/Hirsch Velocity, Bosch, etc.) and Windows operating systems; experience in installation of said systems. What We Offer
