Industrial Electrician
We are seeking a qualified Industrial Electrician to support our global leader in sustainable packaging. The Industrial Electrician ensures the plant runs safely and efficiently by troubleshooting, repairing, and installing electrical systems across decades of equipment, from legacy machinery to modern automation. Base Pay Range $40.00/yr - $40.00/yr
Responsibilities
Diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems and components across the plant
Work on a range of voltages (12V daily and up to 480V as needed)
Replace and rewire motors, breakers, and circuits
Perform preventative maintenance and complete detailed repair logs
Respond to service calls and troubleshoot breakdowns with urgency
Support installation projects and new equipment wiring
Always follow lockout/tagout safety protocols
Collaborate closely with maintenance, operations, and management teams
Requirements
2–3+ years of electrical experience in an industrial or commercial manufacturing environment
Strong troubleshooting skills with motors, drivers, and control systems
Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals
Experience working with voltages up to 480V
Own tools and ability to operate independently
Verifiable technical training, military experience, or certifications supporting journeyman‑level skills
Reliability and positive attitude
Glass industry experience preferred
Certifications or journeyman card preferred
