HotFoot Recruiters is actively hiring a Bilingual Construction Coordinator to support daily field operations at a leading-edge semiconductor project site in North Phoenix. This is a boots-on-the-ground role-not hands-on construction-but critical in bridging communication and coordination between U.S.-based labor crews and Taiwanese engineers and technicians. This position is ideal for a proactive, bilingual professional with prior experience on construction sites, a solid understanding of safety protocols, and the ability to manage day-to-day logistical and communication needs in a fast-paced, multilingual environment. Position : Bilingual Construction Coordinator Location : Phoenix, AZ (TSMC Site - 85085) Type : Direct Hire or Temp-to-Hire Schedule : Monday-Friday, 5 : 00 AM-2 : 00 PM Pay Rate : $20 / hour Note : Overtime may be required until 5 : 00 PM and on Saturdays during peak periods Responsibilities : Act as the primary liaison between Mandarin-speaking engineers and U.S. field crews to ensure clear communication on daily work tasks. Provide real-time translation during meetings, walkthroughs, and shift transitions. Assist supervisors in resolving site-level coordination issues and tracking technician progress. Support timecard location setup and coordinate attendance (non-certified payroll-related). Help with administrative duties such as documentation, reporting, and scheduling. Keep a close pulse on field logistics, team needs, and communication gaps. Assist with monitoring safety practices and elevate any issues as needed. Qualifications : Bilingual fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required. Prior construction safety experience is required; OSHA 30 certification is highly preferred. 1-3 years of experience in construction coordination, safety, or field support roles. Strong organizational and communication skills; must be detail-oriented and reliable. Comfortable working on an active, large-scale construction site. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. - no visa sponsorship available for this role. Willing and able to work long hours with the construction team.
