Project Manager – Healthcare Construction
We’re seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead specialized healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate has a proven background managing complex hospital, medical office, and healthcare renovation projects while ensuring safety, quality, and schedule excellence.
Responsibilities
Oversee all phases of healthcare construction projects including budget, schedule, and subcontractor management.
Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project objectives and regulatory requirements are achieved.
Ensure compliance with AHCA, Joint Commission, and other healthcare-specific codes and standards.
Promote a culture of job-site safety and quality craftsmanship.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3‑5+ years of experience in commercial construction, with at least 2 years focused on healthcare projects.
Proven success managing occupied facility renovations, hospital expansions, or medical office buildouts.
Experience delivering projects ranging from $1M–$50M.
Background with general contracting in the Southeast or Mid-Atlantic region.
