Mechanical Technician – Temecula, CA

We are seeking a motivated
Engineer I (Mechanical)
for a full‑time, onsite position in Temecula, CA. This role is ideal for individuals with prior laboratory experience—whether through college coursework, internships, co‑ops, or previous professional roles—who are eager to apply their technical and analytical skills in a hands‑on engineering environment. Responsibilities
Receive, label, store, and ship samples; manage sample disposition and hazardous waste. Perform product and equipment testing according to established protocols, methods, and schedules. Analyze test data using tools such as
Excel, JMP, or Minitab , and prepare clear, accurate reports. Maintain laboratory supplies, cleanliness, and organized storage areas. Follow
SOPs
and
quality system requirements ; document and report any deviations or quality events. Assist in preparing and reviewing test documentation (protocols, reports, equipment logs). Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients, escalating issues as needed. Collaborate with team members and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications
Associate’s degree
in engineering, science, or a related field. 0–2 years
of relevant laboratory or testing experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or related industries. Demonstrated
laboratory experience
(academic or professional) is
required . Proficiency with
Microsoft Excel
and basic data analysis tools is
required . Familiarity with
GLP, cGMP, ISO, and ASTM
