What will you do?

Service and repair vehicles as assigned by the Service Manager.

Perform work outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, meeting dealership and factory standards.

Diagnose malfunctions and execute repairs.

Maintain leading‑edge knowledge of automotive diagnostic technology, digital manuals, and reference materials.

Keep shop area neat and clean, and account for dealership tools at all times.

Road‑test vehicles to ensure quality repair.

Adapt to rapidly changing automotive industry technologies and diagnostic advancements.

What we’re looking for?

BMW/MINI experience is highly desired.

Minimum of 1+ years dealer‑level or large‑facility experience.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Willingness to undergo and satisfy background requirements.
