Compensation
Hourly pay rate $38.81 to $44.34 (Based on Experience) – paid weekly
Eligible for annual & skill‑based wage increases

Responsibilities
Planned electrical maintenance on all equipment and machinery for the thermoforming process to ensure integrity of electrical systems.
Basic troubleshooting and maintenance work on automation equipment.
Maintenance, set‑up and preventive maintenance on automation equipment in the thermoforming line.
Diagnosis, troubleshooting and repair/maintenance of all equipment and machinery for the thermoforming process including trim presses, extruders, formers, crystallizers, dryers, conveyors, and grinders.
Modify new and existing equipment for performance improvements and upgrades.
Complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensure housekeeping in areas of responsibility is safe, clean and tidy.
Follow all company‑established rules and policies.
Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
Perform maintenance connection day‑by‑day duties.
Be able to work in all areas of thermoforming production.
Qualifications
HS diploma or equivalent.
3+ years automation technician experience within the plastics industry, or related experience.
Knowledgeable in electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, blueprint reading (mechanical/electrical).
Welding and fabrication experience is a plus.
Previous electrical experience with troubleshooting capabilities.
Previous mechanical experience with troubleshooting capabilities; knowledge of PLCs is preferred.
Must have own tools and be able to use them safely and effectively.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility to work overtime.
Competencies A team player with good interpersonal skills and the ability to proactively communicate ideas, changes and improvement suggestions; handle multiple and diverse manufacturing tasks with minimum supervision; and the willingness to be flexible with job responsibilities.
