You'll work under the guidance of experienced journeymen and project managers on a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
Assist journeyman and project managers with electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs. Pull wire, bend conduit, and help with layout and installation of electrical systems. Learn to read and interpret blueprints and electrical diagrams. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures on job sites. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Operate hand and power tools under supervision. Participate in on-the-job training and classroom instruction when applicable. Travel to job sites as needed across Texas.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Enrollment in or willingness to enroll in an electrical apprenticeship program. Reliable transportation and valid driver's license. Eagerness to learn and work in a team environment. Basic understanding of tools and construction safety. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Comfortable around job sites that may involve firearms or firearm safety protocols (training provided if needed).
