Position Description: Production Supervisor - Wiring. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented 1st Shift Supervisor to lead the Wiring team. This hands-on leadership role coordinates the daily operations of the first shift to ensure production schedules are met, with a strong emphasis on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Lead and supervise a team for harnessing, panel wiring, and cabinet wiring during the 1st shift, ensuring alignment with daily production goals Supervise, train, and hire personnel and manage the team ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and efficiency standards Ensure adherence to daily production goals, manufacturing procedures, and quality standards Monitor and resolve production issues, including workflow bottlenecks and equipment constraints Provide mentorship and guidance to team members; support skills development and cross-training efforts Monitor attendance, conduct performance reviews, and participate in hiring and disciplinary actions in coordination with HR Maintain a clean, organized, and safe manufacturing facility Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality expectations Convey detailed and timely operation reports to monitor performance and inform decision-making Experience & Skills

Strong technical understanding of electrical/mechanical assembly processes Experience with reading blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams Solid understanding of quality assurance standards and lean principles Ability to lead employees to motivate; foster open, honest, and candid communication; and determine strengths and weaknesses Ensure all shop employees know and follow all company safety policies and procedures Effective communication with employees, other department managers and senior management Ability to quickly ascertain a situation and be decisive in solving it, such as identifying defects in production Understand production deadlines and shipping dates; manage time accordingly Promote excellence throughout the department Provide continuous improvement in all critical activities Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically Ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information Interface with other manufacturing departments, engineering, purchasing, processing, shipping and sales Performs other duties as assigned Education

Bachelor’s degree in industrial technology, Electrical Engineering, Management or related field preferred OR Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing leadership role (electrical assembly or related field strongly preferred) What We Offer
