This role requires broad mechanical and electrical expertise and includes significant travel. Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment per manufacturer specs Diagnose issues on-site and perform inspections Build customer relationships and conduct product demos Promote company services and products Interpret technical documents and ensure quality standards Comply with DOT, OSHA, and safety regulations Safely handle hazardous materials Complete training and job prep Maintain technical knowledge and complete paperwork accurately Qualifications
7–10 years’ experience in heavy-duty equipment repair Valid driver’s license with clean record Skilled in refrigeration, fabrication, air brakes, hydraulics, welding, and electrical systems Strong communication and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and travel 50%+ Own hand tools; service truck provided Must pass pre-employment testing and meet DOT requirements Benefits Competitive salary, medical/dental/vision coverage, paid vacation, 401(k) match, and a family-friendly work environment.
