This role involves physical and administrative tasks such as inspection, inventory management, shipping coordination, and maintaining warehouse safety and efficiency. On-site from Woodbury, MN What To Expect (Essential Job Responsibilities)
Perform incoming and outgoing inspections according to work instructions and SOPs. Receive products, inspect, and store them following engineering instructions and SCM decisions. Prepare packaging and generate shipping labels for outbound shipments. Coordinate with couriers for timely shipments. Share shipment documentation, including tracking info, with relevant stakeholders. Conduct PPD screening of products as required. Prepare master samples for testing. Manage e-waste disposal, ensuring compliance with approvals and regulations. Keep accurate records of inventory transactions for traceability and management decisions. Conduct cycle counts and report variances with explanations. Generate and share warehouse reports with management. Provide documentation during audits. Monitor daily operations, report activities, and suggest improvements. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and ISO 13485:2016 standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse. Oversee maintenance of hardware and equipment. What Is Required (Qualifications)
High School Diploma or GED. Ability to follow work instructions and SOPs for inspections. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand and move in a fast-paced environment. Experience with ERP systems related to warehouse transactions. Strong organizational, collaborative, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP platforms.
