Maintenance Technician – Manufacturing

Full-Time, Non‑Exempt Shifts Available:
Multiple (day, evening, and overnight) Overview
We’re seeking experienced, hands‑on Maintenance Technicians to support production reliability, equipment repair, and preventive maintenance in a high‑volume food manufacturing environment. Ideal candidates are mechanically and electrically skilled, detail‑oriented, and thrive in fast‑paced operations where uptime is critical. Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production and packaging equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC‑related issues to minimize downtime. Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals. Maintain accurate maintenance records through a CMMS system. Follow all safety, GMP, and company policies while maintaining a clean and safe workspace. Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to identify and implement process improvements. Support installation, calibration, and testing of new machinery and components. Participate in shift hand‑offs and team meetings to ensure communication and continuity. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or manufacturing equipment repair. Solid understanding of AC/DC motors, sensors, drives, and control systems. Working knowledge of PLC troubleshooting (Allen‑Bradley preferred). Ability to use precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.). Familiarity with CMMS software and preventive maintenance programs. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Flexibility to work different shifts and occasional weekends or overtime as needed. Benefits
