Join an innovative two-year-old FinTech company at the forefront of agri-commodity risk management as they close their seed funding round and scale their team. You\'ll help build a differentiated trading desk that creates bespoke price-hedging solutions for deep agri-commodity supply chains where traditional public market hedges don\'t exist. This is a unique opportunity to shape a proof-of-concept into a robust, institutional-grade business while working directly with the CEO and Head of Underwriting in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities

Design and price bespoke, forward-looking risk structures for agri-commodity clients Build trading and research capacity to support business scaling Develop expertise in prescribed markets and price individual contracts Participate in business development to source new deals Engage with clients to understand and address complex hedging needs Essential Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree required Proven experience in commodities trading, with particular relevance to: Animal proteins and animal byproducts (grease, tallow) Biofuels Agricultural commodities

Strong technical knowledge of options/insurance on bespoke products Experience with forward risk/pricing and hedging strategies Market intelligence and client pricing capabilities for structured products Self-starting mindset with appetite for calculated risk Ability to think through complex, bespoke trading situations Strong client engagement and relationship-building skills Forward-thinking approach to risk assessment (beyond purely historical analysis) Preferred Qualifications

Master\'s degree or higher Strong trading background expanded toward market intelligence Experience talking directly to producers and understanding market dynamics beyond numerical data Background with swap dealers who have historically done meat swaps Base Salary:

$170,000 - $200,000 (higher possible for exceptional candidates) Bonus:
