Overview Titus-Will Automotive Group is a large dealership family serving Tacoma, Olympia, Lakewood, and Parkland. We are currently looking for Service Advisors to join our service departments. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of automotive experience.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $60,000 – $150,000 per year (based on experience, qualifications, and performance)

Compensation Structure: Base salary plus performance based incentives

401(k) retirement savings plan (eligible after 90 days of employment)

Earn 1.0 hour of Paid Time Off (PTO) for every 40 hours worked

Qualifications

5+ years of dealership/independent shop experience as a Service Advisor/Writer/Customer Service required

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
