NC Class B Driver’s License NC Firefighter Certification NC Hazardous Materials Level I NC Emergency Medical Technician – Basic (preferred or ability to obtain within 1 year) NIMS 100, 200, 300 (preferred), 700, 800 NC Driver Operator Pumps & Aerials (preferred or ability to obtain within 1 year) NC Fire Inspector Level I (preferred or ability to obtain within 1 year) NC Fire Instructor I (preferred or ability to obtain within 3 years) Instructor Qualification School (preferred or completed within 6 months of Instructor I) NC Fire Officer I (preferred or ability to obtain within 3 years) NC Child Passenger Safety Seat Technician (preferred or ability to obtain within 1 year) Technical Rescuer & two specialties (preferred or ability to obtain within 2 years)
