Overview
Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to design and optimize chemical treatment programs for the Performance Chemical sector. Solve complex application problems and ensure smooth program trials and launches. Coordinate operational aspects to deliver programs at scale. Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize treatment programs in partnership with RSMs. Lead troubleshooting for application issues; document findings. Plan field trials and surveys; consolidate results. Support proposals by preparing technical details and pricing. Coordinate logistics for trials and initial supply, aligning with operations and vendors. - Manage lab/validation processes and reporting. Oversee tolling/third-party manufacturing and inventory control. Maintain program documentation and ensure compliance. - Share customer insights to improve service and programs. Qualifications
15+ years in technical operations or commercialization in chemicals. Proven experience in designing and optimizing treatment programs. Skilled in coordinating field trials, labs, and third-party manufacturers. Knowledge in costing/pricing, documentation, and logistics. Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
