Job Description Are you a strategic thinker who thrives on turning complex supply chain challenges into smooth, efficient systems? We’re looking for a Supply Chain professional to join our high-performing manufacturing team and take ownership of our planning, procurement, and inventory operations.

In this role, you’ll focus on materials management and will oversee the full materials flow—from purchasing and scheduling through warehouse management—to ensure products move seamlessly through production and into our customers’ hands. You’ll be instrumental in aligning supply with demand, optimizing resources, and driving initiatives that enhance productivity and profitability.

What You’ll Do

Lead all aspects of materials operations, including purchasing, production control, inventory management, outside services, and warehousing.

Develop and implement smart strategies that balance inventory investment with product availability.

Build accurate, real-time inventory tracking and reporting systems.

Coordinate production scheduling and materials planning to keep manufacturing on track with delivery targets.

Collaborate with suppliers and external partners to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.

Monitor logistics and freight operations to control costs and streamline distribution.

Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, sales, and operations teams to identify capacity constraints and support data-driven decisions.

Drive continuous improvement by challenging the status quo and introducing creative solutions that make a measurable impact.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience in materials or supply chain management.

5+ years in an industrial manufacturing environment with proven experience in inventory management, procurement, and production planning.

Strong understanding of MRP systems, lean manufacturing principles, and ERP tools

Knowledge of purchasing and logistics best practices.

Excellent communicator who builds trust and fosters collaboration across departments.

Highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable to fast-changing priorities.

A leader who values integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

APICS certification.
