Warehouse Supervisor- 1st Shift, Sunday - Wednesday

Supervise the operations and responsibilities of the warehouse team and designated facility. Work with Operations leadership to ensure company and customer standards of service, quality, safety, and productivity are met. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise, train, provide performance feedback, and assign duties to direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness. Manage operational procedures including incoming and outgoing shipments, merchandise organization, and warehouse inventory maintenance. Plan production schedules and resource allocation for completing job assignments while maintaining time and production records. Track and send reports to designated plant personnel. Monitor warehouse activities such as sales, record control, and purchasing to ensure product availability. ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Operate machinery and material handling equipment. Resolve employee issues and maintain open communication across all organizational levels. Perform assigned projects as instructed. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES) At least 2 years of warehouse or logistics leadership experience. Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS). Strong conflict management skills. Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F/-25°C in cold storage or up to 100°F/37°C in dry storage while wearing company-provided PPE and freezer gear. Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.; weight capacity may vary depending on the facility. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends if needed.
