Within the Star Dental Partners (SDP) affiliated network, the
Dental Office Manager (OM)
is responsible for monitoring and managing the operations of a single location. The OM will execute numerous operational tasks to enhance practice-level efficiencies and growth in conjunction with the SDP support team and the primary dentist. The OM works closely with the Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to drive a positive team culture and achieve positive practice results. Full Time Benefits

3 years of dental office management or equivalent experience Proficient in dental practice management software (Dentrix, Denticon preferred) Strong understanding of marketing strategies, platforms, tools and metrics Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Word) Solid understanding of P&L management, revenue cycle, A/R (budgeting) Ability to enforce current labor laws Adhere to current regulatory guidelines (OSHA, HIPAA, CDC, etc.) Work Environment/Conditions
