Mercury Systems
In this role, you have the opportunity to ensure the quality of our products meets the high demand requirements of the aerospace industry.
Position primarily supports in-process including customer source inspections (may include final inspection support as required).
Reviewing supporting data and documentation and generating inspection records.
Enforcing FOE/FOD, ESD and Calibration protocols.
Generating non-conforming material records in our Manufacturing Execution System.
Performing a variety of Quality Assurance related tasks in support of engineering and operations.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma
5+ years of previous experience with in-process inspection
Background in RF Microwave hybrid assembly (MIL-STD-883, MIL-PRF-38534) is a must have
J-STD-001 Class 3 and/or IPC 610 certified (preferred)
Must be detail oriented, have good organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience working in an ISO-9001 and/or AS9100 Quality System environment (preferred)
Experience working in aerospace/defense industry highly preferred
