Framing/Drywall Foreman
Location Aguadilla, Puerto Rico
Job Summary RQ Construction is seeking a Framing/Drywall Foreman to lead our in‑house crew on large industrial projects in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. The foreman will design and construct framing and drywall installations, supervise the crew, ensure work is completed within project scope, use correct equipment, and apply safety practices in support of RQ’s mission, vision, and values.
Responsibilities
Design and construct framing and drywall installations for large industrial projects.
Lead and supervise a crew of framers and drywall installers.
Ensure all work is completed within the project scope and schedule.
Utilize appropriate equipment and apply required safety practices.
Support RQ’s mission, vision, and values through high‑quality workmanship.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a framing/drywall foreman, including scheduling, ordering, field supervision, safety, and production.
Experience as a foreman in multiple trades (concrete, formwork/drywall, earthworks, masonry, carpentry, MEP) is preferred.
Five (5) or more years of experience in construction or related trades, preferably drywall.
Experience on large‑scale government, military, or commercial construction projects is highly valued.
Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet).
Certified CPR and first aid.
OSHA 30‑hour certification and EM‑3 certification required.
