Your Mission This position is responsible for defining, prioritizing, and implementing the flow of material from external suppliers and internal production to ensure the delivery of our products to customers on time.
Create scheduling and demand within SAP for assigned projects
Create Material Masters, Bills of Material, and Routings in SAP for assigned projects
Provide hands-on support for parts and logistics to production floor
Define, prioritize, and implement flow of internal and external production processes through creation and issuance of shop travelers
Control factory implementation and cut-in of engineering and process changes
Prioritization of workflow in coordination with production floor and Project Management
Prepare and maintain Standard Procedures manuals for production control and material management
Work cross functionally with procurement, production, and engineering to solve daily issues
Create and maintain line of balances to align demand supply and allocations
Interfaces with suppliers and customers to ship material and finished goods
Ensures that products, inventory, and/or parts move from one place to another efficiently and cost-effectively.
Manage the inventory and stock control system
Monitor stock levels and identify potential supply problems
Overseeing daily deliveries and keeping a record of shipments and suppliers.
Other Duties as assigned
Your Story
4 year Degree in relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or Business (extensive relevant work experience considered)
Have a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
Demonstrate strong knowledge of SAP
Ability to understand BOMs, engineering drawings, parts lists, and factory flow.
Demonstrate strong skills in MS Office, databases, Sharepoint, etc.
