Customer Service Representative - Anaheim

Job Description You will be working as part of a team in a high energy, fast paced environment working with our customers and filling their orders. Our customers are heating and air conditioning contractors. We help them get everything they need as quickly as possible. We are looking for people who love to help. No experience? No problem. We will teach you everything while working alongside others.

The position reports to the Branch Manager.

Key Tasks

Inbound & Outbound calls

Generating sales orders and quotes

Product merchandising

Order picking and receiving
