Position Summary As our Product Manager you will lead the product strategy for our Circular Connectors within the Precision Connections Group. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive product roadmap and strategic plan that aligns with business goals, drives sales growth, and expands profitability. This position requires a balance of market insight, cross‑functional leadership, and strategic vision to ensure continued success and competitiveness in the market.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business; an advanced degree (MBA) is preferable
Minimum 5‑10 years of experience with Product & P&L Management, highly preferably within Defense or Space markets
Product Management, Business Development /sales experience within Defense, Space, or Medical markets
Technical knowledge of interconnect products
Experience in developing & executing growth strategies
Effective and concise communication
Strong knowledge and experience building strategic plans for new production introduction (NPI), justification details, and ROI analysis
