Hill International is seeking a Document Control Specialist in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time on-site position.
Responsibilities
Gather as-built plans (past and current) of all completed CIP, TI, and JOC projects for Sky Harbor, Goodyear, and Deer Valley. Organize folders using Microsoft Explorer, containing varying amounts of construction documents on the PSHIA DCS (Design Construction Services) server. Upload documents into the client’s Unifier Document Record Locator. Label folders with the correct AVN/TI unique identifier and title. Convert all documents to PDF. Separate plans by page and then by discipline; title each page by discipline with consecutive page numbering. Separate all plans into folders by discipline. Enter GIS grid coordinates from a GIS application. Assist with As‑Built Record requests. Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in document control. Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro is required. Experience with AutoCAD and Unifier is preferred. Must be local to Phoenix, AZ and be willing to work full‑time onsite.
