Warehouse Operations Manager – Orlando, FL (On-Site)

Full-Time | Direct Hire
Schedule:
Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM (Weekends as needed)
Role Overview Lead all aspects of e-commerce and wholesale warehouse operations—from inventory and shipping to P&L management. Drive efficiency, maintain safety standards, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure a positive safety culture and compliance with regulations
Manage P&L to align operations with growth goals
Plan labor needs, monitor KPIs (accuracy, speed, turnover)
Optimize warehouse space and asset usage
Partner with HR for hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
Support employee growth through cross-training and skill development
Requirements
5+ years in warehouse operations & distribution management
5+ years in e-commerce operations
5+ years with HR policies/regulations
5+ years using WMS systems
Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills
Preferred
Bachelor’s in Transportation, Logistics, or related field
Microsoft Office & Google Workspace proficiency
NetSuite or RF Smart experience
Lean training a plus
Forklift & Forklift Training Certification
Valid driver’s license
