Join us as our new Project Manager The Project Manager is responsible for launching new products with contract manufacturing organizations (CMO's) and managing product site shifts in the Human Health business unit. It will also be responsible for other assigned in the Human Health business unit. The role collaborates with multiple business units within greater organization during project execution across multiple sites, such as but not limited to Operations, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Sales, Product Design, Supply and Procurement.

In this role you'll make an impact by:

Planning and overseeing a portfolio of Human Health projects from start to finish, ensuring their timely execution while being compliant with Novonesis policies.

Responsible for making adjustments and addressing any conflicts or issues that arise during the project lifecycle

Responsible for overseeing communication of timelines, status updates and potential risks to the project team

Responsible for managing stakeholder expectations

Mapping out and implementing information flows, reporting and communication structures to ensure project alignment

Leading project teams' adherence to timelines and responsiveness for achieving project objectives.

To succeed you must hold:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Biology or related field

Project Management Certification or relevant experience, minimum of 2 years

Proficient in utilizing Project Management Software and SAP

Background in Dietary Supplement Industry

Experience with Product documentation

Knowledge of GMP principles

Excellent time management and problem-solving skills

Ability to build stakeholder relations and work effectively as a team player in a diverse work group.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects ongoing at a time

Effectively analyze issues and make timely decisions that positively impact project outcomes

Understanding project's impact on the broader business

Location : Remote within Wisconsin

Expected salary range: $75,000-$95,000 based on experience
