Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person to understand customer needs and provide solutions using our products or services.
Initiate new custom project orders, manage digital proof approvals, assist with change orders, and coordinate with the production team for timely fulfillment.
Learn and maintain expert-level knowledge of our various printing methods, substrates, finishing options, and internal policies to provide relevant and accurate project guidance.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues related to order specifics, production, design file submission, and billing efficiently and accurately.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience conducting customer needs assessments and evaluating customer satisfaction.
Ability to effectively build relationships with customers and teammates.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Desire to continuously look for ways to help people.
Critical thinking skills to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions or approaches.
Competence with standard office software and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Foundation understanding of print terminology (e.g., resolution, bleed, color modes/CMYK) and common digital design files (PDF, AI, EPS).
Expectations
