Key Roles And Responsibilities Provides customers a positive shopping experience Performs cashier duties accurately while processing all transactions per policy Maintains 5S standards (Sort, Straighten, Systematic cleanup, Standardize, and Sustain) in receiving Leads team in performing all freight functions including stocking and resets, ensuring Specialists focus on their areas Unloads, processes, and stocks freight to correct locations following merchandising guidelines Completes incident reports timely and thoroughly Performs store recovery and housekeeping tasks during stocking efforts Trains team on freight processing and merchandising responsibilities Operates equipment safely according to procedures Ensures a safe shopping and working environment, minimizing shrink and damages Executes company policies, directives, and procedures accurately and promptly Qualifications And Competencies At least 18 years old High School Diploma or equivalent Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs, team lift 100 lbs Focus on customer service and creating a positive environment Clear communication with customers, team, and leadership Reliable and trustworthy Ability to work independently and in a team Positive attitude, sense of urgency, timely execution Flexible with multitasking and shifting priorities About Us We support a diverse, close-knit team.
