Assistant Manager
to help lead our busy massage and skincare studio. This role combines
sales, operations, and team leadership —perfect for someone who loves motivating people, maintaining high professional standards, and creating outstanding client experiences.

What You’ll Do
Work
side by side with the Studio Manager and Owners
to ensure smooth operations and alignment on studio goals.
Oversee daily studio activities to deliver a flawless client experience.
Drive membership growth through our proven
Elements Wellness Program
sales process.
Coach, train, and motivate front desk and service staff to achieve individual and studio performance goals.
Manage scheduling, inventory, and daily operational reporting.
Partner with ownership and management to improve processes, achieve KPIs, and strengthen team culture.
Lead by example with integrity, accountability, and professionalism in every interaction.
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of consistent experience
in a management or leadership role (retail, spa, or service-industry preferred).
A
reliable professional
with a strong record of commitment and growth in previous positions.
A
thoughtful, steady decision-maker
who leads with sound judgment and integrity.
Builds
focused, respectful relationships
with employees and clients—fostering teamwork and professionalism in the workplace.
Confidence in
selling memberships or recurring services
in person.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
A positive, flexible attitude and passion for helping people feel their best.
Proficient with modern office tools and POS systems.
Availability for evenings and weekends.
