Nightlife Manager – Weekends in North Phoenix Restaurant and Nightclub Job Title: Nightlife Manager / Coordinator

Location: Lookout Tavern, Phoenix, AZ

Job Type: Part-Time – Friday and Saturday 8 pm to 3 am

We are looking for an individual with experience managing a nightclub, including hosting and selling bottle service. This role is for 2 nights a week: Friday and Saturday, 8 pm–2 am. Pay will be hourly with bonuses or profit sharing based on sales growth and consistency during these shifts. This is not a full‑time gig, ideal for those with other income sources during the week.

About Lookout Tavern: a venue that brings Scottsdale‑level nightlife to North Phoenix, combining vibrant dining with unforgettable nighttime experiences. The venue hosts DJ nights, themed parties, birthdays, and other special events.

Position Summary

We seek an experienced Nightlife Manager to oversee restaurant and nightclub operations at Lookout Tavern, ensuring smooth nightly events and unforgettable guest experiences. The candidate must have a passion for nightlife, teamwork, and customer service, and be comfortable managing both restaurant and nightclub aspects.

Key Responsibilities

Operations Management: Oversee daily operations during nightlife events, ensuring efficient service and guest satisfaction

Event Coordination: Plan and execute nightlife events, collaborating with DJs, artists, and promotional teams

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a friendly work environment

Customer Service Excellence: Engage guests to exceed expectations, addressing issues promptly

Marketing Collaboration: Work with marketing to devise promotional strategies that attract patrons

Financial Oversight: Handle budgeting, revenue tracking, and expenses to maximize profitability

Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure operations meet local health/safety regulations and maintain guest safety

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years experience in nightlife, hospitality, or restaurant management

Proven ability to lead diverse teams in a dynamic environment

Strong understanding of nightlife industry trends and customer expectations

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

Flexible availability focused on weekend and evening hours

Experience with budget management and sales analysis

Knowledge of Phoenix nightlife scene and local competitors is a plus
