You will support our Dutch‑speaking clients by providing exceptional customer care and resolving concerns efficiently. Your fluency in Dutch will be key to creating lasting relationships with our clients, ensuring that their needs are met with a professional and friendly attitude.
Responsibilities
Assist Dutch‑speaking customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions
Document all customer interactions accurately in our database
Collaborate with colleagues to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
Gather insights and feedback from customers to enhance our processes
Participate in training and development opportunities to grow your skills
Requirements
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Previous experience in customer care or a related field is an advantage
A customer‑centric mindset with a passion for helping others
Ability to adapt to a hybrid working environment
Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria; relocation assistance will be provided
Basic knowledge of customer support software is a plus
