About The Role As a Microsoft Dynamics Senior Business Analyst at Z Modular, a division of Zekelman Industries, you will play a key role in leading ERP initiatives and driving efficiency across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). This position requires deep functional and technical expertise across finance, production, inventory management, advanced warehouse, operations, and project modules, with a proven ability to deliver solutions that optimize business processes and create value.
You will collaborate with business stakeholders and ERP team members to analyze requirements, resolve system challenges, and implement improvements. Reporting to the Lead D365 ERP Analyst, you will also mentor and support business analysts while leading projects that enhance automation and system adoption. This role will be hybrid in Chandler, AZ with the potential to have more remote capabilities.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives as a subject matter expert, enjoys solving complex ERP challenges, and is motivated by delivering timely and impactful solutions to the business.
This is a direct-hire role. We are not able to work C2C or sponsor employment visas now or in the future.
What You’ll Do
Leads Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O initiatives and manages assigned business analysts, tasks, and projects.
Provides technical and functional support across production, inventory management, advanced warehouse, finance, operations, and project modules.
Collects requirements, analyzes needs, and delivers scalable solutions that align with business goals.
Serves as a subject matter expert in accounting, production costing, project-based accounting, AR, AP, and GL.
Drives business process automation and efficiency by leveraging ERP technologies and new features.
Supports regression testing and user training for new functionalities and enhancements.
Partners with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that resolve issues and close process gaps.
Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives by aligning ERP capabilities with strategic objectives.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
10+ years of ERP experience supporting multiple modules, with at least 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O (required).
Deep knowledge of AR, AP, GL, finance, operations, logistics, and project modules.
Proven expertise in supporting finance modules within ERP systems (required).
Experience with supply chain, operations, and project modules (5+ years).
Background in project-based accounting solutions (preferred).
ERP experience within the construction industry (preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Semi-local to Killeen, TX; Kitchener, Ontario, Canada; or Chandler, AZ, or willing to travel several weeks per month.
