We are seeking a Program/Project Coordinator who is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will have prior banking experience—preferably in Commercial Banking—and demonstrate the ability to work independently while supporting larger project teams.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with senior Project Managers and Product Leaders to coordinate and manage project activities, maintain documentation, and support delivery efforts across multiple initiatives. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for someone looking to grow their project management career in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support overall project coordination and delivery efforts aligned with company strategy and goals.
Communicate effectively with product, project, and leadership team members—providing updates, tracking open items, and escalating risks or issues as needed.
Update and maintain project and program data in ServiceNow PPM or similar tools.
Participate in reviewing and maintaining project deliverables and documentation, managing approval processes.
Assist with tracking project risks, issues, decisions, action items, and change requests.
Partner with Project and Program Managers to create and maintain project schedules, establish timelines, and monitor deliverables.
Schedule and facilitate meetings as needed.
Assist Product Managers and Directors with compiling various status updates and reports.
Support ongoing reporting, demand management, estimation, and resource planning activities.
Lead smaller enhancement efforts or projects as experience grows.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience with project management methodologies or practices.
Prior experience in banking; Commercial Banking background strongly preferred.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Demonstrated accountability, attention to detail, and commitment to quality.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to build strong working relationships and collaborate across teams.
Familiarity with project lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile/Scrum).
Experience creating and tracking project schedules in MS Project or similar tools.
