Perform routine maintenance tasks, repairs and general upkeep of the property
Facility structures; drywall patching, painting, minor carpentry, and tile work Basic electrical maintenance; replacing ballasts, outlets, switches, and light fixtures Routine HVAC maintenance; changing filters and basic troubleshooting Support plumbing repairs; unclogging drains and fixing minor leaks Assist with emergency repairs; could be after hours – on call as needed
Complete preventative maintenance tasks as scheduled Maintain tools and equipment; keep safe and in working condition Inspect and maintain facility equipment and infrastructure routinely Provide mechanical support to all departments throughout the park property Operate and drive utility vehicle from warehouse to park property, transporting personnel, materials, and equipment Qualifications
High school education or equivalent combination of education and experience 2+ years of general maintenance or handyman experience in a commercial setting Working knowledge of electrical, HVAC, drywall, and general repair techniques Ability to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and blueprints Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Must be able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and perform physical tasks regularly Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability (early mornings, weekends, holidays) Willing to embody Landry’s “Be FAIR” ideals: Friendly, Accommodating, Inclusive, and Respectful Team player with a guest‑first attitude Passion for great food and fun Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment Learn more about Landry’s by visiting our website at www.landrysinc.com.
