Shift:
N2: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with alternating Saturdays, from 6:30pm – 7:00am.
Spartanburg operation is a state-of-the-art coffee roasting and pod packaging facility, hosting a full beverage distribution center. It is the largest Keurig Dr Pepper manufacturing and distribution location. The site operates with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles, Lean manufacturing, and High Performance Teams. All associates report to a functional business unit as well as the site operation. The site runs on enterprise IT and manufacturing execution systems with highly automated processing, packaging, and material movement equipment.
Position:
Production Technician Line Lead (Production Technician II)
The Production Technician Line Leader is responsible for maintaining and monitoring production machinery to maximize production and uphold Keurig Dr Pepper’s safety and quality standards. This role also applies knowledge of manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and culture.
Responsibilities:
Deliver best-in-class performance across the balanced scorecard.
Safety: strive for zero injuries by modeling safe behaviors, completing safety observations, participating in safety meetings and audits, and ensuring 100% completion of safety/regulatory training.
Quality: aim for zero-defect performance and improve the customer experience by understanding and teaching quality control, Safe Quality Food, GMP, and other regulatory requirements.
Production: support a Continuous Improvement environment; identify and address equipment and material issues; partner with Maintenance and Quality to drive site performance; lead or support cross-functional improvement initiatives to streamline material flow and improve equipment efficiency, capacity, and cost metrics.
Sustain TPM-based Production Environment: support TPM journey, mentor others, and participate in Kaizen activities; assist in line and business unit improvements identified during events; partner with maintenance on preventative maintenance.
Engage in Mini Business Unit (MBU) structure and High Performing Team (HPT) model; contribute to the site’s MBU and HPT goals; demonstrate teamwork, effective communication, and continuous improvement behaviors; maintain a positive demeanor and professional interactions.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience.
Computer and software skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.) required.
Experience with WES, MES, and SAP preferred.
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Basic mathematical and mechanical skills.
Ability to learn, train, and support Subject Matter Expert responsibilities for MES and WES transactions.
Ability to stand on the manufacturing floor for significant periods, with some computer work.
Ability to lift, push, and pull 75 pounds frequently without assistance.
