We're hiring experienced RN-OR-Operating Room for a 13-week contract in Durham, North Carolina — earn up to ($2096 - $2206 per week) while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in the operating room setting.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Assist in surgical procedures and ensure a sterile environment.

Adhere to safety protocols and infection control measures.

Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes during surgery.

Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff for optimal outcomes.

Evaluate and improve personal performance based on feedback.

Maintain accurate records of patient care and surgical procedures.

Utilize data to assess and enhance operational efficiency.

Stay updated on the latest surgical techniques and technologies.

Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.

Support the onboarding and training of new staff members.

Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in North Carolina with operating room experience.

Experience in surgical procedures and maintaining sterile environments.

Demonstrated commitment to ongoing training and professional development.

Eagerness to learn new surgical techniques and technologies.

Strong understanding of safety protocols and infection control measures.

Ability to monitor and respond to patient vitals during surgery.

Excellent collaboration skills with surgeons and medical staff.

Proficient in maintaining accurate patient care records.

Ability to utilize data for operational efficiency improvements.

Willingness to participate in team meetings and strategy discussions.
