Responsibilities
Perform MRI scans and ensure high-quality imaging results.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
Maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment for optimal performance.
Adhere to safety standards and protocols during procedures.
Set and achieve personal performance targets in imaging.
Educate patients on MRI procedures and safety protocols.
Document and report imaging results in a timely manner.
Monitor patient comfort and address any concerns during scans.
Utilize pipelines to track and enhance job performance.
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure accurate diagnoses.
Analyze imaging data to assist in treatment planning.
Engage in team meetings to discuss performance and improvements.
Experience/Qualifications
Proven experience in performing MRI scans and imaging techniques.
Familiarity with safety standards and protocols in medical imaging.
Strong commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
Strong communication skills to educate patients on procedures.
Ability to maintain and troubleshoot MRI equipment effectively.
Ability to monitor patient comfort and address concerns during scans.
Experience utilizing performance tracking tools and pipelines.
Experience in documenting and reporting imaging results accurately.
Ability to collaborate effectively with medical staff for accurate diagnoses.
Willingness to analyze imaging data for treatment planning.
