About the Role
We’re a growth-oriented dental practice seeking an experienced Dental Hygienist (3+ years) to join our friendly, positive team. This part-time position offers a consistent Tuesday and Thursday schedule, allowing you to maintain an excellent work-life balance while contributing to patient care and practice success. Key Responsibilities
Perform thorough prophylaxis and periodontal maintenance Diagnose and perform therapeutic scaling & root planing when indicated Take and evaluate radiographs to support accurate diagnoses Conduct oral health assessments and develop personalized treatment plans Educate patients on effective home care and preventive practices Administer preventative treatments (sealants, fluoride) Collaborate with dentists and team members to optimize patient outcomes Qualifications
Valid license as a Dental Hygienist with 3+ years of clinical experience Certification in Local Anesthesia (required) Certification in Nitrous Oxide Monitoring (preferred) Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills Commitment to a positive, team-oriented environment Compensation & Benefits
