Provide direct patient care in a MedSurg setting, ensuring safety and comfort. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Assist in achieving departmental targets and contribute to team success. Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments accurately. Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care. Engage in performance evaluations and set personal goals for improvement. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols in patient care. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members. Utilize electronic health records to maintain accurate patient information. Adapt to changing patient needs and work environment efficiently. Experience/Qualifications

Valid RN license in Colorado and MedSurg certification preferred. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training opportunities. Experience in a MedSurg setting with direct patient care responsibilities. Ability to monitor and document patient progress accurately. Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols in patient care. Strong communication skills for effective patient and team interactions. Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and work environments. Willingness to engage in performance evaluations and set personal goals.
