Salary:

$75,000.00 - $106,000.00 per year Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients with personalized therapy plans tailored to their specific needs. Educate patients about their conditions and impart knowledge on treatment plans and overall progress. Monitor and ensure patient accountability for attendance and adherence to prescribed therapy programs. Meticulously document therapy sessions and revise treatment plans as required to meet patient needs effectively. Lead and supervise a team of Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and therapy technicians. Engage in community outreach through free consultations and collaborative efforts with the marketing team. Maintain comprehensive and accurate case management records, ensuring top-level compliance and productivity. Work closely with a team to enhance promotional activities and community engagement initiatives. Minimum Position Qualifications: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required. Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a physical therapist in Wyoming. Demonstrated experience in patient care and therapy. Ability to function both independently and within a collaborative team setting. Dedicated to assisting patients in achieving their rehabilitation and recovery goals. Open to new graduates with strong educational background and internships in related settings. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in supervising staff and managing therapy programs. Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple cases efficiently. Experience with community outreach and patient education initiatives. Expertise in creating and maintaining treatment documentation for patient and company records. Skills: Exceptional communication skills for patient education and team collaboration. Advanced clinical skills in diagnosing and planning patient treatments. Leadership qualities with experience in overseeing clinical staff and operations.
