Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) is seeking a full time MHA (mental health associate) to work the night shift within Princeton House Behavioral Health (PHBH). This position is within Wing 5 (Involuntary Psych/Committed Unit) with 20+ beds. As part of Penn Medicine Princeton Health, our behavioral health services are backed by the medical capabilities and high-quality standards of one of the most comprehensive health systems in New Jersey. Patients also have seamless access to Princeton Medical Center if serious medical needs arise. Location

The Mental Health Associate assists Registered Nurses in providing direct psychiatric and medical care to patients. The Mental Health Associate participates as a member of the treatment team in creating and maintaining a safe and therapeutic milieu. Scheduling Requirements
Required to five night shifts 11pm-7:30am) including every other weekend and every other holiday. What We Require for this Role
Education
Bachelor of Arts or Science (required). Education specialization: Social Science preferred. LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT
Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 3 months of hire. Valid driver’s license in employee’s state of residence with a record in good standing required.
