Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)
to provide skilled, resident-focused care in our Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care community. Whether you’re an experienced nurse or just beginning your nursing journey, this is your opportunity to join a team that values your dedication, professionalism, and heart for care.
What You’ll Do Deliver high-quality, resident-centered nursing care in alignment with individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Monitor residents’ health conditions and communicate changes promptly to RNs and physicians
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality outcomes and holistic care
Provide leadership and support to CNAs, helping maintain high standards of care
Promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents and staff
Qualifications Active
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in Ohio
(required)
CPR certification required
Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
Strong clinical assessment, critical-thinking, and communication skills
Dependable, compassionate, and team-focused
