The Certified Hand Therapist OT/PT will enhance patients' lives by assessing and developing personalized therapy plans. They will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and facilitate smooth transitions for each patient. What does Innovate have to offer? A typical day includes: Conducting evaluations using appropriate tests and measures to establish a timely and compliant plan of care. Administering patient treatments efficiently to meet care goals. Accurately documenting and charging for services within clinic guidelines. Managing patient care plans through effective interdisciplinary communication, involving physicians as needed. Supervising and delegating tasks to assistants, techs, and support staff in accordance with regulations. Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited occupational or physical therapy program. Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist in Nebraska.
