Provide high-quality patient care in cardiology settings. Participate in ongoing professional development and training. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop patient treatment plans. Achieve performance targets and contribute to team success. Engage in self-assessment and seek feedback for personal growth. Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatments. Educate patients and families on cardiology health and procedures. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals. Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes. Adapt to changing patient needs and healthcare environments. Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the department. Experience/Qualifications
Current RN license in West Virginia or compact state. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training. Experience in cardiology nursing or related healthcare field. Ability to achieve performance targets and contribute to team success. Strong communication skills to interact with patients and healthcare teams. Ability to monitor and document patient progress accurately. Willingness to adapt to changing patient needs and environments. Strong interpersonal skills to educate patients and families effectively.
