position for the academic year 2026-2027. The school offers undergraduate degrees in Family Science and Early Childhood, with programs accredited by the American Association for Family and Consumer Sciences. The school also offers several master's programs, including a COAMFTE-accredited Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy, and online programs in Human Development and Family Science. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Human Development and Family Science, primarily in early childhood Teach in online formats Coordinate and collaborate with other instructors Advise and mentor students Collaborate with schools and agencies Provide university and professional service Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate in Human Development and Family Science, Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or related field Experience in early care and education settings Successful teaching experience Research skills and potential for scholarly research Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with diverse groups Commitment to campus engagement Preferred Qualifications
