Responsibilities
Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in the ER.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Collaborate with medical staff to develop treatment plans.
Engage in performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
Monitor and document patient progress and responses to treatment.
Assist in triaging patients based on severity of conditions.
Adapt to changing environments and patient needs effectively.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Utilize data to assess and improve patient care outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
Participate in team meetings to discuss patient care strategies.
Experience/Qualifications
Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in California.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
Experience in emergency room settings, preferably 2+ years.
Ability to assess and triage patients effectively based on urgency.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced and changing environments.
Strong communication skills for collaboration with medical staff.
Proficient in documenting patient care accurately and timely.
Familiarity with hospital policies and procedures compliance.
Experience utilizing data to improve patient care outcomes.
Willingness to participate in team meetings for care strategy discussions.
