Job Summary: The Providence Center
helps adults, adolescents and children affected by psychiatric illnesses, emotional problems and addictions by providing treatment and supportive services within a community setting. Responsibilities: The Fee for Service (FFS) Clinical Therapist
will provide outpatient psychotherapy at The Providence Center for adult clients. Staff will work flexible hours that can consist of day and evening hours. Appointments are offered both virtually and in-person. Perform a comprehensive psychosocial assessment of assigned consumers. Complete crisis assessments, initial assessments and integrated summary forms. Develop and implement a plan of care with ongoing consumer input. Provide individual mental health and/or substance abuse treatment and crisis assessment. Perform record keeping in accordance with Health Information Services and other Center requirements. Other duties as assigned. Requirements : Master’s degree in Social Work or related field required. LICSW and LMHC preferred. Spanish speaking candidates highly encouraged to apply
